E-mail or call?
Good communication is the best way to get what you want. You can email, use WhatsApp, Facetime, Twitter, Facebook, send messages, or call. Social media and E-mails are good for short messages but often a call will be far better. If you have any special questions which could require longer explanations or advice, we recommend calling us.
Specifically, if you are looking for an instrument or repair a call will be far more informative. We can ask the right questions and you get the proper answers right away. > The same applies for appointments or urgent matters. Most of the time we are in the workshop or with customers and not in front of the computer.
