Consumer Rights All business activities with Lohff & Pfeiffer IS in Denmark are subject to the Danish purchase and consultation law as well as the guidelines for consumer protection . As a consumer, you are therefore covered by the current Danish "Købeloven og Forbrugeraftaleloven" (purchase and consumer protection).

Right of Complaint
According to Danish legislation, the buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. This does not include sheets and tubes for woodwind instruments as well as CDs, DVDs, books and videos as soon as the seal is broken. Goods specially ordered or modified for the customer are also excluded from the right of return and exchange.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as they were received and handed in with a copy of the original invoice or delivery note.
The goods can either be handed in personally or via post / GLS / UPS. When the goods are sent, it is necessary to keep the receipt and only send the goods in such a way that a tracking number is available and a receipt from us can confirm receipt.

There is a 2-year right to lodge a complaint.

If goods are wrongly sent or damaged, the complaint must be sent to us as soon as possible within 14 days either by phone at +45 35 35 86 43 + or by email + info @ woodwindexpert.com +.
Lohff & Pfeiffer IS reserves the right to decide whether goods are repaired or exchanged. Refunding does not take place. The guarantee does not apply to wear or mishandling.

Custom-made and ordered goods
Orders for goods that are not kept in stock by us but must be specially ordered are binding unless otherwise agreed. Custom-made products are always binding and cannot be exchanged.

Liability
Lohff & Pfeiffer IS can not be held liable for more than the Danish case law requires.

Place of Jurisdiction



In the event of any legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction for Lohff & Pfeiffer IS and the counterparty is the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.
