Cork & epoxy tenons

For very soft woods or those that change significantly under the influence of moisture, we offer a plastic mortise that is poured around the wood and then gets a cork surface.
The cork must be non-porous and is applied as a very thin layer to the end of the cone.
The mortise is stable, durable and gives good mechanical and acoustic coupling. With this mortise only the tenon part is machined. The heart remains unchanged.
